and fax it to us at (407) 349-1488
- Make sure
to completely fill in all the name and address information as well as
the shipping information if the shipping address is different from your
home. Please be sure to provide a telephone number or e-mail address
in case we have to call you regarding your order.
- In the
next block, select the model desired from our product pages and enter
the appropriate model name in the "Model" box. Be sure to
indicate the length monkey bars you want so we can send the proper amount
of hardware.
- Select
the "Tarp Top Color" and the "Belt Swing Color".
- When selecting
your accessories, be sure to make your choice under the proper color
column as our product codes are broken down by color.
- When you
have made your selections you can e-mail or call us and we will calculate
your cost including shipping and give you the total for your order.
- You may
print out the order form and fax it to us with your credit card information,
or call us with your credit card number and expiration date.
- If paying
by money order just print out the order form, fill it out and mail it
to us with your money order.
- When we
receive your order we will generally ship it to you within 2 or 3 business
days by UPS ground.
